We do not do ZIP files. You must be able to download OTA links on your
BlackBerry. Or you can send the OTA link via email to your BlackBerry.The
common question asked is "Where is my theme after I purchased it?" The
link to your theme is at the bottom of your confirmation email. So make
sure you include the EMAIL to your BlackBerry so that you can open that
link on your device.
Also, very important. The STORM2 releases Wed Oct 28, 2009. It has come to our attention that the Storm themes are not working well with 5.0 that is installed on Storm2. This is a bug that RIM says it will have fixed by November 9, 2009. It is not because of the theme. It is an OS bug.
